1. Terms of service
Service
PADOBUY provides parcel forwarding and optional purchasing-on-behalf between China and Kosovo. We receive your parcels at our warehouse in China, consolidate them and ship them to your address in Kosovo.
Orders, quotes and payment
Shipping is quoted per order in EUR based on the weight and volume of your parcels; the buying service adds a service fee agreed in advance. Quotes are estimates until confirmed. Shipment begins after payment is confirmed (bank transfer or cash, as agreed).
Customs, duties and taxes
Customs duty and VAT in Kosovo, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and values for customs declarations.
Prohibited and restricted items
You may not send illegal, dangerous or restricted goods (for example weapons, flammables, or counterfeit goods). We may refuse, return or dispose of such items and are not liable for any resulting loss.
Delivery, risk and liability
Transit times are estimates and may vary with carriers and customs. Except as required by law, PADOBUY is not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Claims for loss or damage are handled according to the declared value and the carrier's limits.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. For the buying service, purchases are subject to the seller's return policy. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
2. Privacy policy
What we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name and contact details (WhatsApp, phone or email), delivery address, the contents and value of your parcels, and payment references.
How we use it
We use your information solely to process and deliver your orders, to communicate with you about them, and to meet customs and legal requirements.
Sharing
We share your data only with the parties needed to deliver your order — carriers, customs authorities and payment providers. We never sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for your order and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time using the contact details in the footer.
Analytics and cookies
This site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic. It does not use advertising trackers.
